Joyous (“JP”) Heart is a serial entrepreneur, investor and social systems architect focused primarily on the development and integration of breakthrough regenerative solutions in the fields of real estate, education and personal development, wellness and clean tech.
Joyous' journey in sustainable communities began when he was living in Hawaii at the age of 20 and realized the essential importance of creating communities designed to prevent environmental degradation and leave a rich natural legacy for all future generations. He has worked on various sustainable community projects and models for over a decade. His last project was a 1000 acre ranch in Oregon which he developed the vision for and led a $15M preliminary raise to kickstart the community.
Joyous is the founder & CEO of H.O.M.E. Communities, LLC and the founder of H.O.M.E. Foundation. He pioneered the H.O.M.E. Model to create a scalable global solution for regenerative communities, which provide net-zero custom green homes, and integrated life support systems, within a circular economy;
This model is the result of the culmination of over 13 years of R&D in various sustainable development projects.
Joyous lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Alexandra Heart and their two beautiful children, Angelina and Malakai, who inspire everything in his life and fuel his commitment to leave a legacy of "eco-systemic thrivability."
David Oberle

David Oberle founded Horton World Solutions with Terry Horton, the Co-founder of DR Horton Homes (the world’s largest production home builder). David has been involved in Real-Estate development for the past 25 years and has extensive experience in Architecture, Road and Infrastructure Construction, Land-Planning, Landscape Architecture, Finance, Government Incentive Financing, Land Entitlements, Master Planning, Design, Marketing & Branding and Commercial & Residential Construction.
David is the creator and owner of Progeny, LLC a Construction Company specializing in the construction of residential and resort developments. With over 250 employees, David directly oversaw scheduling, project cash-flow, architects and engineers, entitlements, contracts, governmental agencies and performed the construction projects itself, without sub-contractors.
Progeny now pursues the market expansion of the HWS building system in conjunction with various emerging green technologies through assisting developers in finance, planning, development and the construction of sustainable communities.
David and his lovely wife Lucia live in Tulsa. He has three great sons; Jack (23), Paxton (22), and Alec (20) and recently added “a blessing” of a daughter Parker (3).

Communities Network.
She is a master energy healer whose signature service is assisting people to fulfill the mission of her modality Golden Codes which is to "Recode Your Reality."
This is accomplished through her background in Quantum Healing, NLP, Reiki, Sound Healing and through direct transmissions from God.
Besides facilitating miracles for a living, Alexandra combines her careers as a home & wellness center designer, nutritionist, and artist to bring a unique element to the design and development of the H.O.M.E. Resorts & Spa Model.

Robert “Dusty” Staub has worked for over 30 years with executives, families, and communities as well as with private and public companies. He has trained and coached executives and teams in creating high performance outcomes. Dusty has been a pioneer in the process of creating systemic accountability by aligning leadership and group behaviors with strategy to produce bottom-line results.
He has worked and traveled extensively in Europe and the United States. He is the author of The Heart of Leadership: Twelve Practices of Courageous Leaders, The 7 Acts of Courage: Bold Leadership for a Wholehearted Life, and Courage in the Valley of Death: Daily Practices for Whole-Hearted Living. He has also co-authored Dynamic Focus: Creating Significance and Breaking the Spells of Limitation with Wayne Gerber. Dusty has written over two hundred articles on topics such as leadership, team-based creativity, personal mastery, team effectiveness, personal effectiveness and business strategy and has written a bi-weekly column for the Triad Business Journal.
Dusty is one of a select group of certified forum facilitators for the YPO/WPO.
